Polish citizenship
Service will make you citizenship of Poland.
The following package of documents will be fully prepared for you:

1. Application for Citizenship:

   This is an official form filled out by the applicant and submitted to the relevant authority (e.g., consulate or voivodeship office in Poland).
   The application usually must be written in Polish.

2. Valid Foreign Passport:

   The passport must be valid at the time of application submission to confirm your identity and citizenship of another country.
   A certified translation of the passport into Polish may also be required.

3. Temporary or Permanent Residence Card (Karta pobytu):

   If you reside in Poland based on a temporary or permanent residence permit, you will need to present this card.

4. Birth and Marriage Certificates:

   Birth certificate, as well as marriage, divorce, or death certificates of a spouse, if applicable. These documents must also be translated into Polish with a certified translation.
   In the case of obtaining citizenship by descent, documents proving the citizenship of Polish ancestors (birth and marriage certificates of Polish parents or grandparents) may be required.

5. Certificate of No Criminal Record:

   Depending on the requirements, a certificate of no criminal record from your country or from Poland may be needed, confirming that you have no criminal record.

6. Proof of Legal Residence in Poland:

   This can include various documents proving your stay in Poland, such as a rental agreement, registration at the place of residence (zameldowanie).

7. Documents Proving Knowledge of the Polish Language:

   For obtaining citizenship through naturalization, it is usually required to pass a Polish language proficiency test at a minimum level of B1 or provide a certificate of completion from a Polish school or university.
   A diploma from a Polish educational institution may also serve as proof.

8. Financial Documents:

   Proof of financial stability, such as employment certificates, tax returns (PIT), bank statements.
   This proves that you can support yourself in Poland without state assistance.

9. Photos:

   Several passport-sized photos are required for document processing.

10. Proof of Grounds for Citizenship:

Depending on the basis for obtaining citizenship (e.g., through marriage or by descent), additional documents such as a marriage certificate with a Polish citizen or documents proving Polish descent (e.g., Polish national ID card of an ancestor) may be required.
